team dedicated for ISEM. Please note that if your machine is your personnal machine, the team will not be able to help you, but you can use your eduroam for a wifi access. In the same vein, trainee or guest cannot be managed by this team. If your status allows it, then, you can use the ISI helpdesk.
- I need storage space, and I do not know where to store my data…
Storage space is a common issue. Please take the necessary time to post a ticket on ISI support website, explaining your needs and the purpose of the data and the sharing perimeter. Please also note that some platforms are more suitable for some specific needs; for example, nextcloud is optimized to share office files, and NAS better fits for NGS/raw data if these data are accessed from time to time.
- Who is in charge of support at the MBB platform ?
There is no dedicated people for this task, except for the MBB infrastructure (in that case, please submit a ticket on the ISI helpdesk website). If your question is about general usage, please read the MBB french documentation. Otherwise, for other MBB needs, please try to reach the MBB team.
